Breasts come in all shapes and sizes. If you've longed for a bigger, smaller, or perkier bust line, you might be a good candidate for breast surgery. Dr. Bill Davis offers breast lift, breast reduction, breast augmentation, and other breast enhancement procedures at his practice serving Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and surrounding areas.
Breast augmentation is also known as breast enlargement, or breast implant surgery. Many women choose this breast enhancement procedure to enhance their bust line and bring a more feminine balance to their bodies. During this outpatient procedure, breast implants are inserted into the chest, usually under the muscle, and the incisions are closed. Dr. Davis has mastered the art of breast augmentation, ensuring your satisfaction through every phase of the procedure.

Due to pregnancy, gravity, age, and genetics, breasts tend to sag over time. If you'd like to restore your breasts to a perkier, more youthful appearance, a breast lift could be just the thing. Often performed in conjunction with breast augmentation, a breast lift can take years off of your appearance.
Breast lift surgery typically takes two or more hours to complete. During the procedure, extra breast tissue and loose skin are removed. The breasts are sculpted and lifted, and the nipples are repositioned for the most realistic appearance. While scarring, bruising, swelling, and loss of sensation may occur, most patients are thrilled with the results of this breast enhancement procedure. A breast lift is a safe way to get younger-looking breasts.

Sometimes, oversized breasts can lead to back and neck strain. Shopping for clothing and bras can also be problematic. If these scenarios sound familiar to you, a breast reduction can help. Women choose breast reduction surgery to make their breasts smaller and achieve a more balanced, proportionate figure.
During breast reduction surgery, an incision is made around the perimeter of the nipple. The incision extends down the slope of the breast in a straight line. The surgeon removes excess fat and breast tissue, and then trims away extra skin and lifts the breast into a perkier position. The nipples are also repositioned higher on the breast for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The whole procedure may take up to three hours. Swelling and bruising are common after surgery, and full recovery typically takes two to three weeks. Patients are typically extremely pleased with the outcome of this breast enhancement procedure
