On your first consultation, you will be greeted by Sherrie, our receptionist, who will ask you to fill out some paperwork. Very shortly thereafter, you will be taken back to a room where Debbie, our nurse, will come in and take your medical history. She will also do your blood pressure and weight. She will come out and talk to me. Then I will come in and we will have our consultation. I will do my best to determine what it is that you desire. I will then step out, come back in and examine you, make my recommendations. Debbie will then come back in with photographs. We have a number of photographs of patient’s who we have done in the past and this has been very valuable to us as a representation of what you can expect with your surgery. Following that, Maria will give you a written cost breakdown and Sherrie will prepare a written review of the consultation. Your time with us will probably be at least an hour. We encourage you if you have any questions to come back for a second consultation and we always have a preoperative visit in which things are re-reviewed, consents signed, medications given, further questions answered.
